Jose Luis Hinojos

Jose Luis Hinojos, 97, January 11th 2024. Mr. Hinojos was born in Los Angeles, CA on June 21st, 1926. He immigrated back to Mexico at an early age with his family. While in Mexico he met the love of his life, Rosa Olivas and they were married on November 17th, 1946. Mr. Hinojos worked for the city of El Paso for over 20 years.
Mr. Hinojos was preceded in death by his parents; his two sons; Andres and Juan. He leaves behind his wife of 77 years Rosa, sons; Hugo, Mario, Gerardo, and Teofilo daughters; Patricia, Petra, Dolores, and Nellie.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 - 8:00pm with Rosary at 6:00pm on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes- Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 568 E Lisa Dr, Chaparral, NM. Committal Service will follow at 11:30am at Desert View Cemetery, 450 E. Lisa Dr, Chaparral, NM.
