Jose "Joe" Machado

JOE MACHADO entered into the hands of his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at the age of 73. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother-in-law and will be greatly missed. He was a veteran of Vietnam serving proudly with United States Army. He worked for many years at Border Steel. He is survived by his loving wife Teresa H. Machado, his beloved children; Gregory Paul Machado, Monika Susana Potts and her husband Alan, his loving grandchildren; Alexandra Mendoza, Riley Potts, Ryan Potts and his beloved great-grandson Chris Mendoza. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with Holy Rosary at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 9:30AM at St. Patrick Cathedral, 1118 N. Mesa. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery a t 11:00AM with Army Honors.
