Jose Rojas

Jose Rojas, 53, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014 in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Rojas was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a member of the Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his mother, Josefina H. Rojas and brother, Jesus David Martinez. He is survived by his daughter, Amber Rojas-Sanders; son, Jose Rojas Jr.; and 2 grandchildren. He is also survived by his father, Humberto Rojas; siblings: Dolores M. Lopez, Bertha M. Eugenio, Maria Elena M. Jimenez, Manuel Martinez Jr., Margarita Urteaga-Tooze, Fernando Urteaga, George Urteaga, Humberto Rojas Jr., Carlos Rojas, Pedro Rojas and Ernesto Rojas; and aunt, Carmen Gallardo. Visitation for Mr. Rojas will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m., with a Vigil to begin at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Homes-East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, February 6, 2014 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 7424 Mimosa. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Mr. Rojas brothers to serve as pallbearers. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
