Joseph Dennis Bills, 81, Sergeant First Class Retired, passed away on December 10, 2021. Joe served four tours in the Vietnam War as well as other deployments over a 23-year Military Career. After retirement from the Army, he went on to serve as a Corrections Officer for Texas. He is survived by his children, Selina, Joseph and Israel, Sisters Fern and Gayle, 7 Grandchildren, and 4 Great Grandchildren.
