Joseph D. Carter

Joseph D. Carter, Jr. born 09/13/1964, joined his heavenly Father on June 16, 2015. Survived by his daughter, Jennifer, father, Joseph Sr., stepmother Linda, stepbrother, Stephen Balderrama (Cecilia), mother, Sharyn Franklin (Bob), one nephew and niece. He was predeceased by his sister, Michelle. He briefly worked for EPNG, obtained a Master's degree in Computer Security, was a big supporter of the Irvin HS volleyball and basketball programs and was familiar to many players, coaches, and parents.
