Joseph D. Lucero Jr., 74, Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Homes - East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Service will be held at 9:15 AM, Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Homes - East. Interment will follow at 11:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
