Juan H. Lara

Juan H. Lara, age 72, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in El Paso, Texas. Juan was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents; Juan Jose Lara and Guadalupe Garcia. He is survived by his loving wife; Aida Trinidad Lara; his children; David Lara, Jaime Lara, John Lara, Joe Lara and Ivette Lara; his siblings; Osvaldo Lara, Armando Lara and Olga Alicia Hernandez; and his 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Thursday, October 2, 2025 with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, October 3, 2025 at La Purisima Catholic Church, 328 S Nevarez Rd, Socorro, TX 79927. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:15 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
