She was preceded in death by her two sons, Manuel and José (Pepe), her parents and two brothers. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her remaining children:  Gloria Ruiz-Myers (Tom), Carmen Ruiz Erivez (Joe), Ramon Ruiz (Sylvia), Javier Ruiz (Linda), Ricardo Ruiz (Carmelita Jimenez), and Julie Ruiz Gonzales (Sergio), eighteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, five siblings and countless nieces and nephews.  She planted seeds of love everywhere she went and was a spiritual godmother to many.  She will forever remain in the hearts of those who love her.
