Juventino Felipe “Tino” Orozco passed away June 23, 2013 after a brave fight with cancer. He is survived by his wife Amalia “Molly” Orozco, son Gabriel Hector Orozco, daughter Yvette Michelle “Shellie” Munoz, and son in law Frank Munoz, Jr. The “baby” of six sisters; Ruth Arkel, Julia Garcia, Maria Prangner (Jorge), Angela Lozano (Francisco), Emilia Reed (Bill) and brother, Raul Orozco (Lorenza). Preceded in death by parents Angel and Maria Del Refugio Orozco, sister, Juanita Orozco, and brother Jose Orozco Sr. Survived by in laws, Jose Reyes, Ofelia (Felipe) Reyes, Mary (Fernando) Lopez, Martin (Olivia) Reyes, Guadalupe (Joaquin) Tapia III, Margarita (Jose Luis+) Esparza, Jesus + (Brunjilda) Reyes, and Juan (Elisa) Reyes. Tino graduated from Bowie High School in ’66 and met monthly with classmates of “The Bowie Breakfast Club.” He joined the United States Army and served a tour of duty in Korea during the Vietnam era. He retired as Sun Metro Quality Control inspector after 30 years of service. Tino was a patriotic American, enjoyed history, traveling, entertaining, following aeronautics and playing with his dogs (Cleo, Spooky) and grand-dogs, (Natty, Abigale, ‘Lil, Gory, Lilly and Andy). He will be missed by many. Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00pm, with a rosary to begin at 7:00pm, Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will begin at 12:15pm, Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
