Kenneth B. Franklin, 81, of El Paso, Texas, passed away on June 16, 2022. Kenneth was born on December 25, 1940 in DeRidder, Louisiana. Kenneth loved and believed in God, Jesus, and family. Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife Marilu, his daughters Debra Hays and Deidra Stackhouse, and his grandchildren Ken Hays and Micaela Hays-Brewer.
