Laura "LaLa" Chacon

Laura “LaLa” Chacon, age 68, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Laura is preceded in death by her loving mother; Maria De Los Angeles Dominguez; her husband; Daniel Chacon; and her brother; Ricardo Dominguez. She is survived by her daughters; Veronica Chacon, Yvonne Chacon (Kevin), Laura Chacon, and Raquel Chacon (Miguel); her boyfriend; Juan P. Ramirez Jr.; her siblings; Guillermo Dominguez, Rafael Dominguez, Raquel Dominguez, Angel Dominguez, Francisco L. Dominguez, Catalina Torres, Sandra L. Dominguez, Fernando Dominguez, and Arturo Dominguez; her 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Home- West with a Rosary to follow at 6:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, 4006 Hidden Way, El Paso, Texas 79922. A Graveside Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery.
