Lorenzo M. Earl

June 14, 1970 — November 5, 2021

Lorenzo Marquise Earl was born to the union of Lorenzo and Audrey Earl on June 14, 1970. He was so very inquisitive and loved to see what made a toy or gadget run. Lorenzo received his primary education in St. Louis, Missouri at Ascension Catholic School K-8. He attended high school at Normandy Senior High where he graduated in 1989. He knew at the age 14 that he wanted to serve his country and to be a mechanic. He started his journey by participating in a DEP program in the 12th grade. During his Senior year, Lorenza spent every Saturday with his recruiting officer in attempts to learn about military life and his future journey. Lorenza enlisted in the United States Army in 1989. He loved everything about the military. He completed 27 years of service in the Army, retiring in 2015. He worked for the Department of Transportation until he became ill. Lorenzo met his wife, Daniela, while on tour in Germany. They were married on May 8, 1998. He was a great father to their three sons Marcel, Darrion, and Devante. Despite the number of tours he sent on, when not deployed he spent all of his free time with his boys in El Paso, Texas. He and his sons had a loving relationship until the very end. Lorenzo departed this earth knowing how blessed he was with the love of the Earl family, Normandy High School classmates, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visitation will be at 11:00am on Thursday, December 09, 2021 with a Funeral Service at 12:00pm, at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Drive.
