Lourdes B. Anaya

Lourdes B. Anaya , 91, went on to be with her Savior on October 22, 2015. Lourdes was born in Tokay, New Mexico on August 2, 1924. She married the love of her life, Eddie, on August 12, 1940. Lourdes exemplified life, love, happiness, compassion, servant hood and remarkable faith. She enjoyed singing and would sing to everyone that she encountered. We want everyone to remember her by her laughter, jokes and funny loving spirit. Be encouraged by her display of strength and courage. Lourdes will always be remembered as the matriarch of a very loving family! She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters and brothers. We are so grateful for the life she lived and gave so much to so many. Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00 PM Thursday, October 29, 2015 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home- Northeast. A Funeral Service will be at 12:00 PM Noon on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home- Northeast. Interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
