Luis Montero Jr.

Luis Montero Jr., age 64, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 27, 2025, in El Paso, Texas. Luis was a wonderful son, brother, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his father; Luis Montero Sr. He is survived by his dearest mother; Hilda V. Montero; his loving children; Vanessa Montero Martinez, Luis Omar Montero and Adam Ray Montero; his siblings; Alejandro Montero, Victor Manuel Montero, Hilda Mayela Chavarria and Rosanna Singh Navarro; and his grandchildren; Joshua Isaiah Martinez, Liah Andrea Martinez and Noah Elijah Martinez. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Thursday, November 13, 2025 with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, November 14, 2025 at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar Rd, El Paso, TX 79925. A Memorial Service with Navy Honors will follow at 11:30 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
