Luis Fernando Ortiz

Luis Fernando Ortiz, 24, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016. Luis was born in El Paso, TX on January 28, 1992. He graduated from Parkland High School and then attended UTEP. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Luis enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and he loved making the world a better place. His smile is what we will remember most. Luis is survived by his mother Maria Garcia, Father Alfred Ortiz and Stepmother Nora Ortiz. A viewing and rosary will be held for Luis on Monday, August 8, 2016 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 1000 Pheasant, El Paso, Texas 79924. On Tuesday, August 9, 2016 a Funeral Mass will be held at 9:00am at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Committal Service will follow at 11:00am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
