Luz Elena Villegas

Luz Elena Villegas, age 75, entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 19, 2024. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Luz is preceded in death by her parents; Jose Roldan and Angelina Torres; and her sisters; Martha Roldan and Marina Roldan De Delgado. She is survived by her loving husband; Jose Gonzales Villegas; her dearest children; Jose Juan Roldan, Angelina Roldan De Salazar, Claudia Terrazas, Olivia Villegas and Jessica Villegas; her sister; Rosie Roldan; and her 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, September 13, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 8:30 am on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. 

Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 N. Loop Dr.
