Lydia Dimas Garcia,87, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.
Lydia was born on August 6, 1939, in Cd. Juárez, México. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Frank Dimas, and her parents, Mercedes and Andres Garcia. She is survived by her brothers Gonzalo and Heriberto Garcia, sisters Lorena Garcia and Ramona Morales, nieces Rita and Rosalinda Garcia, nephew Gonzalo Garcia Jr., nieces Claudia and Sonia Morales, and nephew Heriberto Garcia Jr. She will be deeply missed.
A Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday, September 01, 2026, with a Rosary at 10:00 am at Sunset Funeral Home- Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Dr., El Paso, TX 79904. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, September 01, 2026, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, with a Graveside Service to follow at 1:30 pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
