Magdalena Mendoza S.

Magdalena Mendoza S., 81, entered into eternal rest on September 19, 2025 in El Paso, Texas. Magdalena is preceded in death by her parents, Estanislao Mendoza and Adela Santiago; her nephew, Victor M. Mendoza. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jesus Manuel De La Mora; her daughter, Sonya Alejandra Hernandez-Ortiz (Gabriel Ortiz) and Grandson, Manuel A. Ortiz. Also survived by her nephews and nieces, Irma C. Hernandez, Nicolas Castaño, Rosa Castaño, Irving Alejandro Millán, Alejandro Millán, Alexa Millán and Axel Millán. Magdalena was very loved and will always be remembered.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd, El Paso, TX 79927. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:45 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
