Manuela G Garcia

Manuela Garcia, 96, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026. She was born on September 22, 1929, in El Paso, Texas, to Jose Gonzalez and Alvina Gonzalez, and was married to Edmundo H. Garcia.

Manuela was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister whose life was centered on love, family, and quiet strength.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Garcia Jarvis (Sam Jarvis) and Bertha Guadarrama; her siblings, Chelo, Espi, Beatrice, Esther, Molly, and Arturo; and her grandchildren, Melissa Sonnier, Jill Gomez, Tiffany Nicole Merrill, and Christopher Samuel Jarvis.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, February 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Committal Service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
