Marcelina Padilla

Marcelina Padilla, age 77, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 06, 2025. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, and will be dearly missed. Marcelina is preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Tomasa Licon, and her husband, Roberto G. Padilla. She is survived by her children: Irene and Carlos Eduardo Trejo, Eduviges and Raudel Martinez, Consuelo and Juan Hernandez and Luciano Licon, her sisters: Adelidia Grajeda and Alicia Licon, her grandchildren: Carlos Eduardo Trejo, Raudel Jr Martinez, Brenda Hernandez, Juan Hernandez Jr., Crystal Martinez, Naomi Trejo, Alexis Hernandez, Luis Carlos Licon, and Marlene Gonzalez, as well as twelve great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

Her visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a prayer service to commence at 6:00 pm. Her celebration of life will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, November 13, 2025. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson, 79906.
