Margaret Ann Rigsby was born on August 10th, 1943 in Mesquite, New Mexico. She departed for Heaven on April 2'0, 2026 while a resident at New Hope Foster Care Home in El Paso, Texas.
The youngest daughter born to Jack and Grace Bullard. She was little sister to Linda and Jackie.
She was raised by a mother who loved her children and instilled that loyalty in her girls. She was raised to follow the Lord and accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age.
The most important role she had in her life was that as a child of God. She was a daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, an aunt, a mother-in-law, a sister-in-law, and a grandma. She was a very friendly person and throughout her years in any vocation she endeavored, she was a light of hope and a smile of encouragement.
As Michael's mom, she raised him, with the help of God and Jay, her husband, the best that she could. As a wife, she loved Jay until the day he died. As Granny's daughter, she took care of her until Margaret suffered a life-changing injury in March of 2012. As a member of this family, she has been a blessing. As a friend to many folks God has placed in her life, she has been an encouragement--even in times when it was apparent that she was suffering and in pain. We will miss her.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Grace Bullard; her husband Jay Rigsby; brother-in-laws Carl Roberts and Herb Hearon; and niece Susie Garcia.
She is survived by her son Michael, his wife Wendy, and Grandchildren Jane and George. She is also survived by sisters Jackie Roberts and Linda Hearon.
She is survived by nieces Barbie, Robyn, Lori, Teresa, and Sheila...and nephews Jeff and Jason. She is also a great aunt to their children, and great great aunt to several more.
The family would like to thank New Hope Foster Care Home for their care of Margaret these last few years.
The family also expresses their thanks and support to you all today for your presence as we commit
Margaret's earthly body to rest with Jay's until that day when Christ will call for his redeemed.
