Margarita Moncada

Margarita Moncada, 91, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016, to join her beloved husband Armando in heaven. Margarita was born in El Paso, TX on February 22, 1925. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso, she graduated from Bowie High School in 1944 and in 1945 she married the love of her life, Armando. She is survived by her five children, Dolores Ahia (Leroy), Ruben Moncada (Oralia), Sylvia Castro (Jay), Irma Miller (Glenn), Ida Claeps (Roger). Margarita is also survived her brother Arturo Galarza and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren that loved and adored her. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 6:00pm on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will begin at 9:30am on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 4805 Byron Street. Committal Service to follow at 10:30am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
