Maria Leticia Garcia

Our loving mother, Maria Leticia Garcia, passed away in her home on November 11, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, George Garcia and her brother, Gabriel Lio. She is survived by their 3 children Irma and Millie Garcia, Lucy and son-in-law Michael Kramer. She had 6 grandchildren: Carolina and Sebastian Garcia-Camacho, Alexandra, Andrea, Patrick, Christian Kramer. She also leaves behind her loving sister, Guadalupe Castillo Lio and many nieces and nephews who loved her and respected her greatly. Our mother had a heart of gold and would take the shirt off her back to help someone in need. Her unrelenting strength and faith in God were to be admired. You will live forever in our hearts... we love you mom. Gathering will be held Friday, November 20th, 2015 from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Memorial Mass will be at 9:15 a.m., Saturday, November 21st, 2015 at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar. Inurnment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
