Maria Magdalena Ochoa

MARIA MAGDALENA “MAGGIE” OCHOA, passed away at her home on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the age of 60. She is now home resting with our Lord Jesus Christ. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister and was Nina to so many. She was a graduate of Bowie High School, Class of ’72. She was a blessing to all and will be missed beyond words. She is preceded in death by her father, Eduvijes “Raul” Ochoa, her brother, Raul “Ruly” Ochoa, and her sister, Sylvia Campos. She is survived by her mother, Irene Ochoa, daughter, Valerie Jazmin Campos, sister, Patricia Cereceres and brother-in-law, Alfredo, sister, Irene Espindola, brother, Robert Ochoa and sister-in-law Mariana, sister, Elva Avalos, and many nieces, nephews, Godchildren and many wonderful friends. Visitation will be held from 4-9 pm with a vigil at 7 pm on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Pall bearers will be, Robert Ochoa, Alfredo Cereceres, Jeremy Cereceres, Alfredo (Frito) Cereceres, Joey Suchil, and Daniel Gandara. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
