Maria Del Pilar Rodriguez Mendoza, 93, entered into eternal rest on July 30, 2026 in El Paso, TX. Maria Del Pilar is preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Mendoza Sr., parents, Epifanio Rodriguez and Francisca Najera. Her daughter, Bertha Alicia Simental; brothers, Eduardo Najera, Ramon Najera and Mauro Rodriguez. Sisters, Martha Luisa Rodriguez, Adelina Rodriguez, Gabriela Romero and Bertha Gameros. Maria Del Pilar is survived by her loviing son, Isaac Mendoza Jr., daughters, Leticia Diaz, Anna Carrillo, Irma Maese and Lorraine Armendariz. She also leaves behind, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren to honor and cherish her memory. Maria Del Pilar was very loved and will always be missed.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907. A Mass will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr., El Paso, TX 79907.
