Maria Salome Segura

Maria Salome Segura, age 88, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, friend and will be dearly missed. Maria is preceded in death by her parents: Magdaleno Segura and Josefina Castro, her husband: Marcelino Reyes and son Lalo Segura. She is survived by her children: Angela Hernandez, Enrique Segura, and Beto Segura, her siblings: Maria Elena Trejo, Sabino Segura, Lupita Porras, and Ruth Segura, 7 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Sunset Funeral Homes-West, with a Rosary commencing at 6:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at San Martin de Porras Catholic Church, 1885 McNutt Rd., Sunland Park, NM. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30 am on April 1, 2025, at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery, 4900 McNutt Rd., Santa Teresa, New Mexico 88008.
