Maria Teresa Munoz

María Teresa Muñoz, de 93 años, entró en el descanso eterno el lunes 23 de diciembre de 2024. Fue una maravillosa hija, esposa, madre, abuela, bisabuela y tatarabuela; y lo extrañaremos mucho. A María le precedieron en la muerte sus padres; Arturo Fonseca y Dolores Sánchez; su amado esposo; Francisco J. Muñoz; sus hijos; Arturo Muñoz, Carlos Eduardo Muñoz; hijas; Rosario Muñoz y Claudia Meauxs. Le sobreviven sus hijos más queridos; Sofía Miramontes, Rafael Muñoz, Cecilia Dowers, Juan Muñoz, Alejandro Muñoz y Marcos Muñoz; y sus 25 nietos, varios bisnietos y tataranietos. También le sobreviven muchos familiares y amigos que aprecian y honran su memoria. Se llevará a cabo un velorio de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. el lunes 30 de diciembre de 2024 en Sunset Funeral Home-West y un rosario comenzará a las 6:00 p. m. Se llevará a cabo una misa de funeral a las 10:00 am el martes 31 de diciembre de 2024 en la Iglesia Católica Queen of Peace, 1551 Belvidere Street, 79912, seguida de un servicio junto a la tumba a las 11:30 am en el Cementerio Mount Carmel, 401 S. Zaragoza. Carretera, 79907.

She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Maria is preceded in death by her parents; Arturo Fonseca and Delores Sanchez; her loving husband; Francisco J. Munoz; her sons; Arturo Munoz, Carlos Eduardo Munoz; daughters; Rosario Munoz, and Claudia Meauxs. She is survived by her dearest children; Sofia Miramontes, Rafael Munoz, Cecilia Dowers, Juan Munoz, Alejandro Munoz and Marcos Munoz; and her 25 grandchildren, various great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory. 

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 30, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home- West with a Rosary to commence at 6:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere Street, 79912, followed by a Graveside Service at 11:30 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Road, 79907.
