Mary Ellen Corral

Mary Ellen Corral, age 79, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 28, 2025. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; Ernest L. Thompson and Evangelina Kline; her step father, Herbert L. Kline; and her loving husband; Edmundo Corral. She is survived by her dearest children; Rachel Gonzalez (Vince), Stephanie King (Manny) and Christine Diaz (Eddie); and her 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 131 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:15 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
