Mary Frances Portillo

Mary Frances Portillo (Perechy), 67, went to be with the Lord on December 9, 2011. She was born on March 21, 1944 in Alpine, Texas. She was a “Prayer Warrior” who loved the Lord whose life mirrored a Proverbs 31 woman. She is survived by her husband, Gustavo of 46 years; daughter, Priscilla J. Tolson (husband Tony); sons: Kurt Gus and Jerome Eric Portillo (Talitha); grandsons: Jaisson and Julian; Father, Cosme M. Cadena, Sr.; sisters: Sylvia, Efren and Gracie; brothers: Cosme, Jr., Roman and James. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast on 4631 Hondo Pass. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 11:30 at Destiny Family Christian Center, 9615 Dyer Street followed by interment at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
