Miguel Jose Trujillo
May 1, 1935 – November 14, 2020
Miguel (Mike) Jose Trujillo, a life-long resident of Socorro Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, into the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, November 14, 2020.
Mike was a proud Veteran who served in Korea for the United States Army. Many years later he and his family moved to Sacramento, California where he raised his four children, then moved back to his hometown of Socorro to live out his remaining years.
Mike was a career Truck Driver enjoying the beauty and ruggedness of the land. He was a tireless worker who went the extra mile to help a friend in need. He loved his farm, deer hunting, camping and spending time with his family and buddies.
He was a fabulous cook with a love to entertain. His happier moments were his home cooked meals, music and much laughter. He was a phenomenal singer who sang from his heart and soul.
Mike was one of the most positive, optimistic and happiest people around. Nothing brought him down, as he always found the silver lining in everything. A man of encouragement and support who believed in “all things Good”.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents Eduardo A. and Concepcion H. Trujillo; his son Ruben Joseph Trujillo, brothers Eddie and Ernesto “Lito” Trujillo, his sister Rosita T. Webster and his nephew Guy Hall III. He is survived by his sons and daughter, Mike J. Trujillo Jr., Mark A.
