Monroe Lester Riggs. 82, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010. He is survived by his son; Marc O’Leary, daughters; Elaine Garcia, Betty Nevarez, Lucy Pacheco and Julie Rasmussen, sister; Effie Smith and 5 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm on Monday, October 18, 2010 with a Scripture Service at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 am Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home East.
