It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Natalie de la Cerna Golosino, our beautiful and beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, daughter, and wife, who was born 82 years ago in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines to proud parents, Gregorio and Paciencia de la Cerna.
She studied at the Manuel L. Quezon University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Service in 1968. While in college, Natalie was the Chairwoman for the French Circle from 1966-1968, Associate Editor for Le Courrier from 1966-1968, Auditor for Foreign Service Club from 1965-1966, Vice President for the Foreign Service Club from 1966-1967, and a dedicated member of the Student Catholic Action.
During her university studies, Natalie worked at the Provencial Capitol Building in Pasig Rizal, Philippines for Governor Isidro S. Gonzalez, Sr. for several years. In June 1968, she married her childhood sweetheart, Andrew Bunayog Golosino, who proudly served the U.S. Army. They soon thereafter began their lives in the United States, where Natalie found her calling as a wife, mother, and homemaker. Throughout the years, she worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield and was a manager for Fort Bliss Youth Services. Natalie truly lived her entire life loving our Lord, Jesus Christ, and her family. She was also known for her vibrant, elegant, and social personality. Natalie's greatest joys in life were spending time with her family, successfully raising her kids and grandkids, and being an active member of the Most Holy Trinity Altar Society and Filipino American Association.
Natalie is now eternally reunited with her husband, her one and only love, Andrew. She is survived by her two daughters, Judith, and Joyce; three grandchildren, Heather, Jessica, and Matthew; one great granddaughter, Irelia Grace, and many family members and friends.
Our precious Natalie will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, faith, joy, and strength will forever be within our hearts. Please join us as we honor, cherish, and celebrate her life.
