Nick Castañeda

Nicholas Castañeda, age 35, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 20, 2025, in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Nick was a wonderful son, brother and father and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving parents; Onofre Castañeda and Susana Sendek; his dearest wife; Victoria Vasquez; his loving sons; Mason Castañeda and Nolan Castañeda; and his brother; Evan Castañeda. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Wednesday, October 29, 2025 with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907. Pallbearers; Onie Castañeda, Evan Castañeda, Jose Martinez, Russell Turner, Josh Chambless and Ralph Castañeda.
