Nicolas A. Chavez, 76, Passed away Friday, May 27, 2016. Nicolas was born on December 6, 1939 to Isamael Chavez† and Anastacia Alvendano† in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua Mexico. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Paz M. Chavez; three daughters Norma Chavez-Garcia, Virginia Chavez, Ana M. McKinney (Jesse); and two sisters, Irene Hernandez, Alicia Mora; daughter-in-law Patricia Posada and 7 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and son Ismael Chavez† and granddaughter Vanessa Garcia†. Visitation will be from 12:00PM-9:00PM with Eulogy and Vigil/Rosary to follow Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
