He leaves behind a cherished family, including his daughter Jeannae Zuloaga and son Edward Zuloaga. Oscar is also survived by his dear sisters: Elizabeth Zuloaga, Sylvia Hernandez, Susan Acevedo, Maria Florks, and Teresa Paredes.
