Oscar Torres, 79 passed away on July 25, 2013. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm Sunday August 4, 2013 with a vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be at 9 am Monday, August 5, 2013 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
