Pedro P. Talavera

Pedro P. Talavera, age 91, entered into eternal rest on Monday, June 09, 2025 in Anthony, New Mexico. He was a wonderful father, son, brother, grandfather, friend and will be dearly missed. Pedro is preceded in death by his mother: Andrea, his son: Pedro Talavera Jr., his siblings: Jose Cuellar and Adela Talavera, as well as one grandchild. He is survived by his beloved wife: Carmen Talavera, his children: Gloria Talavera, Danny Talavera, Linda Talavera, Dolores Talavera, and Joe Talavera, eleven grandchildren, as well as sixteen great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, June 23, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Holy Rosary to commence at 6:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 324 Lincoln St. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30am at La Union Cemetery, 240 Telles St.
