Petra J. Lopez, 84, entered into eternal rest on June 15, 2022 in El Paso, Texas. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joaquin Lopez Jr.; parents, Fernando Jasso and Maria Evangelina Jasso. Brother, Severo Jasso. Petra is survived by her sons, Salvador Jasso, Carlos Lopez; daughters, Mary (Juanita) Nichols and Luisa P. Lopez. Brothers, Manuel Jasso, Fernando Jasso; Sisters, Maria Dolores Baldemar and Maria Luz Chavira. Also leaving behind 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren to cherish her memory forever. A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Mass will begin at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Our Lady Of The Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Windchester Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
