Rachel Veck Gabriel

Rachel Veck Gabriel, 81, born in El Paso, Texas on July 1, 1945, entered eternal rest on October 1, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas "Tommy" Gabriel, her parents: James and Stella Veck, and her siblings: James Veck, Richard Veck and Ruby O'Leary. She is survived by her brother: William "Bill" Veck, her five stepchildren: Charles Gabriel, Mark Gabriel, Michael Gabriel, Laurie Gabriel, and Rosie Gabriel, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Viewing will be held at Sunset Funeral Homes-West from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Her Graveside Services will be held at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery at 10:00am on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. In lieu of flowers, Rachel requested contributions be made to any no-kill animal charity of your choice or church of your choice.
