Rafael Ruiz, 81, Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 6:00 pm, Monday, January 16, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Homes – East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester. Interment will follow at 1:30 PM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
