Ralph Ortiz of El Paso, Texas passed away on Oct 19, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed. Ralph is preceded in death by his loving parents Rafael, Alvina Ortiz and his beloved brother Armando Rafael Ortiz. He is survived by his loving wife Virginia Ortiz and beloved Children; Rafael Ortiz III, Evangelina Alvina Ortiz. Rafael also leaves behind to cherish his memory 7 loving grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9:00 - 11:00am with a Funeral service to begin at 11:15am on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Sunset Funeral Home - West, 480 N.
