Raquel G. Balderas

Raquel G. Balderas, age 87, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 20, 2022. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and will be greatly missed. Raquel is preceded in death by her loving parents; Canuto Garcia and Inocencia Farias; her husband; Alfredo Balderas, and her grandson; Elliott Almanza. She is survived by her daughters; Leticia Ruth Trejo (Javier), Lisa A. Almanza (Louie), and Lucille Gonzales (David), her sisters; Elizabeth Ramos, and Gloria Esther Garcia, her grandchildren; Anissa Granado, Andria Granado, Angela Trejo, and Anna Trejo, as well as her great-grandchildren; Blake Gonzales, Sadie Gonzales, and Joan Gonzales. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00AM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
