Raquel Estala Gallegos

Raquel Estala Gallegos, age 93, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 18, 2026. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and will be dearly missed. Raquel is preceded in death by her parents: Filiberto and Eulalia Perez, her first husband: Ernesto Estala, her spouse: Mike Gallegos, and her son in-law: Richard Padilla. She is survived by her children: Willie Estala (Irene), Sally Moreno (Gumaro), Raul Ernesto Estala (Sylvia), Cynthia Payan (Gilbert), Xavier Estala (Rosario), and Linda Padilla, as well as twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

The graveside service will be at 11:30am on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery, 4900 McNutt Rd, Santa Teresa, NM 88008.
