Rebecca L. & J. Robert Silva

Love is an eternal flame. And no man may separate what God has joined together. (Mark 10:9) Robert and Rebecca Silva were graciously received into the presence and loving arms of our Lord. Married for fifty-two years, their enduring love and strong marriage was an inspiration to all who knew them. They assured that their faith in the Lord was instilled in their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. Robert and Rebecca’s grace was a gift that blessed their daily lives. Jesus Roberto and Rebecca Lara Silva are survived by their loving daughter Amparo (Ami) Rebecca Silva Rios (Richard Rios) and adoring grandchildren Mia, Jesec, and Jeric Silva Rios. Robert is survived by his father Jesus Silva (Ethelyn), sisters Leticia Acosta and Tina Silva, brothers Daniel Silva (Lillian), Hector Silva (Diana), and Edward Silva (Brenda). Preceded in death by his mother Amparo Guillen Silva and brother Jesus Silva Jr. Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents Hilario (Larry) Lara and Esperanza (Hope) Lara and her brother Larry Lara Jr. They also leave behind many extended family members and close friends, all of whom they loved dearly. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37) For the Lord says, “Because he loves me, I will rescue him; I will make him great because he trusts in my name. When he calls on me I will answer; I will be with him in trouble, and rescue him and honor him. I will satisfy him with a full life and give him my salvation.” (Psalms 91:14-16) And there will be no night there - no need for lamps or sun - for the Lord God will be their light; and they shall reign forever and ever. (Revelation 22:5) Always in our hearts, forever in our memories. The beauty we are surrounded by reminds us of you both each day. We celebrate their legacy and their fierce love of their family and the Lord our God. Private Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held.
