Richard Andrew De La Rosa, 15, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2011. Visitation will be from 5-9 pm with a Prayer Service at 7 pm on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 pm on Friday, April 15, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home East.
