Robert (Bobby) W. Smith

Robert W. Smith (Bobby), beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on March 4th, 2022 at the age of 73. Bobby served 22 years in the United States Army, receiving various accolades and achievements. He served our country on two tours in the Vietnam War, and also served in Operation Desert Storm. He always provided for his family and took care of them, as well as always being willing to lend a helping hand to friends and neighbors. Bobby is survived by his wife of 50 years Kathy, his daughter Kimberly, and his two grandsons Jacob and Justin. Committal Service will take place at 11:00 AM, on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
