Robert Benjamin Valdez, 50, entered into eternal rest on September 16, 2026 in Dallas, TX. Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Lucia Carneiro Valdez; his children Joshua and Abigail. His parents, Robert Valdez and Rebecca Guerra. Brothers, Jacob and Jesse. Robert also leaves behind, his nephews, Dominic and Nicholas; his mother-in-law, Alayde and father-in-law, Luis Carlos. His sister-in- law, Cecilia and brother-in-law, Felipe; along with his seven exchange students, Cadu, Charlotte, Emre, Guilherme, Arthur, Giovanni and Dnayara.. Robert was very loved and will be dearly missed. 

A Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a Rosary at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 N. Loop, El Paso, TX 79907. A Graveside will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
