Romeo E. Ortega

Romeo E. Ortega, 80, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2006. He was a long time resident of El Paso, Texas and had been employed by Farah Maufacturing for 38 years. Mr. Ortega was preceded in death by his parents; Nicolas and Reynalda Ortega and his granddaughter; Bernadette L. Garcia. Survivors include his loving wife; Josefina R. Ortega, sons; Carlos and Fernando Ortega, daughter; Martha Alicia Garcia, brothers; Raul and Rodolfo Ortega, sisters; Olga Rivera, Irma Ortega, Blanca Garcia. Grandchildren; Carlos Ortega Jr., Marissa Ortega, Fernie Ortega Jr., Michael L. Garcia, and Andrew Garcia. Great-Grandchildren; Miranda Ortega, Andrea Ortega and Samantha Garcia. Visitation will be from 4 pm until 9 pm on Friday, November 24, 2006 with a Vigil at 7 pm. At Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be held at 9 am on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery.
