Rosa Maria Garcia

Rosa Maria Garcia, 69, entered into eternal rest on May 23, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raul Muñiz. Her parents, Oscar Prieto Perez and Julia Estrada. Sister, Isela Prieto (Salazar). Rosa is survived by her loving children, Jose Cruz Garcia, Miguel Angel Garcia and Yvette Garcia (Miramontes). Brothers, Oscar Prieto, Lorenzo Prieto, Francisco Prieto and Miguel Angel Prieto. Sisters, Margarita Prieto ( Ramirez) and Luz Maria Prieto (Montellano). Also leaving behind 8 grandchildren to honor and cherish her memory. Rosa was very loved by all those she met and will be dearly missed.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907. A Mass will begin at 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907. A Graveside will follow at 1:30 PM at Evergreen East Cemetery,  12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79938. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
