Russell Robert Foster

Russell Robert Foster, age 81, entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 18, 2026, in El Paso, Texas. Russell was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cyrus Raymond Foster and Della Mae Person. He is survived by his loving wife, Susanne Maria Foster; his dearest children: Melanie A. Foster McCombs, Jahid Foster, and Mandisa A. Garcia; his twelve grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 4 siblings. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory.
